Eyewitness Summit 2020: New Directions in Eyewitness Evidence Research & Practice | Jed S. Rakoff

The Wilson Center for Science & Justice at Duke Law hosted the 2020 Arnold National Eyewitness Summit, titled New Directions in Eyewitness Evidence Research and Practice. The events were held on November 12-13, 2020. Judge Jed S. Rakoff, a Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York gave a keynote address. He discusses the importance and pitfalls of using eyewitness testimonies as evidence from a legal and procedural approach.
