200.02 Administrative Law

This course examines the rules and principles governing federal administrative agencies, as well as the large role played by those agencies in our system of government. The course addresses constitutional constraints on the structure of the administrative state, the scope of presidential, congressional, and judicial controls over administrative agencies, and the internal decisionmaking processes of agencies.
